i don't know what "Use" is but
something's screwed up - why is there a default gateway here? but
nevertheless - the routing s/w should not be trying to send packets
via the default gateway if the destination is on the same network.
ie: - i'm 10.1.1.1 and i'm trying to ping 10.1.1.2 - do NOT use the gateway,
go through my local interface.
however - the s/w may be confused cause of the zero metric -
ie: "you don't have to go anywhere to use me (the router) - i'm a local
interface" - metric 1 means - it's a router on my local network not
on my local machine...
eric - remove that 10.25.255.254 entry from the routing table.
