Nahh...just let it run through it's check. It's an
automatic "scandisk" type thingy that Linux does after so
many reboot/mount sequences. Just a safety thing. It'll
slow your reboot process somewhat every once in a while,
but it's for your own safety so that you WON'T "hose" your
system by booting with a system that's got bad clusters.
Again, don't sweat it, just reboot to Linux, and go walk
away for 10-15 minutes (depending on how big your hard
drive is) and let Linux do it's thing. Eventually you'll
walk back in and it'll be sitting there at the login
prompt. :-)
