run fsck on busy device

After a power outage, files have been dissappearing from my /tmp device,
and so I wanted to fun fsck.ext2 -c /dev/sda7 on it. To do this, I need
to unmount it, but I can't unmount because the device is busy. 

Any way to run fsck on it?
