At regular intervals I find the text "-- MARK --" in my log files.
I've tracked this down to syslogd. According to the man page syslogd will do
this. The size of the interval can be configured with the -m switch. So, I
figured 'syslogd -m 0' would turn it off. But it doesn't. The man-page
doesn't tell me how I *can* turn it off.

Any ideas?
