Installation Boot Floppy

i got redhat 6.0. i have installed it on one m/c with the only cd rom drive
in my network. the default ethernet module for my net-card does not works. i
have downloaded new source of the card and installed it successfully. now i
want to install redhat 6.0 on other m/c. but how can i make the installation
boot floppy kernel to use the new module for my ethernet cards.
