Do you mean an Okipage 4w? The picante database doesn't list an "okidata
4w". This means you got the oki4linux driver tgz file? If so, you need to
read the included man page (./doc/oki4drv.1) for the details of how to use
the driver.

testing it this way:

          oki4drv foo.ps -o temp; cat temp > /dev/lp0

(replacing foo.ps with some postscript file you want to print).

This is a "winprinter", as you noted, with a hacked driver, according to the
README file included in the .tgz file. My best guess is that, even with this
driver, using the printer under Linux will be a pain.
