Help! My lilo boot is gone :-(

Does anyone know how to create a  boot disk when you can't get into redhat? 
I lost all of my lilo boot info after a fresh install of win98 (win98 is 
for my wife otherwise it wouldn't be there at all) I would like to switch 
to booting with a floppy. Can I do this with the red hat 6.0 cd or do I 
need to do yet another install?  I'm desperate please help .  Thanx for any
