Printer used to work but something must have gone wrong.
I will do a re-install unless I find an alternative on NEWBIE.
cat bashrc | lpr -Printer starts OK but produces a blank page.
cat bashrc -prints OK to screen
lpr bashrc -same, printer prints blank page.
lpr ./bashrc -same, printer prints blank page.
Prior to the above, somehow I got the printer to print the
first line of bashrc once.
I rebooted Linux once, with printer switched on, to be sure.
Printer is working under WIN95.
Printer configured as LaserJet 4/5/6 originally, with RH 5.0
install.
Under X, controlpanel, printer, it shows LaserJet 4. I have not
tried any manual configuring.
Wondering what's wrong?
