Here's all I do:

I press "Print"
A window comes asking for several items, one of which is "print
command". The default is "lpr"
I press OK
The paper comes out.

The "print command" is looking for the exact same string you type when
you print from your console. If "lpr filename" works in the console,
then just plain "lpr" should work in Netscape. If you type "lpr
-Pprintername filename" in the console, your print command should be
"lpr -Pprintername".
