I just installed a new ethernet card in my system and I'm trying to get it to work with Linux. The instructions says that the driver is rtl8139.c . How do I compile this file into my kernel? I tried going to /usr/src/linux and doing a make xconfig. I see the realtek 8139 driver, but for some reason I can't select it. It's greyed out. Nothing I select will open it up either. Please help me. Thanks, Wes Leonard [EMAIL PROTECTED]
