It's still an issue, you are still repeating everything in html. And
what would changing the size of the print do? The only thing that
will do is change how it looks on your machine. Nobody else's.
What you have to do is go into Outlook's settings and stop it from
posting in html, and to make it use plain text/ASCII only. I can't help
you with that because I have never seen MS-Outlook (and I never want
to).
And while you are there make it word wrap at around 72 characters.
The above quoted text was way beyond that.
The thing to remember is what looks good on your machine may not look
good or be readable on another.
