Nope Steve, it is a Linux distribution that installs by mouseclick under
Windows. As they say it will be a "complete" Linux set up for total beginners
who are not interested in configuring a system. It comes with KDE, StarOffice
and Netscape preinstalled and shall have easy hardware configuration tools.
Actually there are two distributions out there on the web, the WinLinux and
Armed Linux. You can get further information here:

I got this information from Richard Salts, dunno if it was on this list or on
the RedHat mailing list.
