Two questions for Gnome.

1. Is there a specific mailing list for Gnome where I can post these 
questions instead of here?
2. Is it possible to change the default graphics viewer in Gnu 
Midnight Command 4.5.30 from Electroninc Eyes to GQview and if 
so how?
