Please expand on "does not work". Do you mean it is *totally* non-functional
-- the computer ignores ALL keypresses, even CTRL-ALT-DEL -- or only that
*some* keys don't work as expected? 

If the latter, you want to run the keyboard package option (I forget its
name) that gets offered during a standard xf86config setup of X. 

If the former ... what are you doing to test this?
