But if you look into the file itself you will see the path to the config
file, i have redhat 6.1 but i think 6.0 was also /etc/X11/fs/config
In that file the path to the fonts are defined.
The syntax of which is defined in man xfs
I do not know if that is you problem, but i sure would check.

grep config /etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S90xfs will show the path.

I rather think "fixed" is a definition in the program itself as i cant find
any referance to fixed when greping tho, files concerning X, matbe Lawson
knows. He is more of an X-files man than i.
