There are three options:  

1) use rar (available for DOS, Windows and Linux), or
2) tar | gzip | split on the Windows side (there ought to be versions
for DOS available from somewhere) and the cat file1 file2 file3 ... >
gzippedfile | gunzip and then use tar un untar the archive.
3) I think you can just cat file1 file2 file3 ... the spanned zip files
into one and then unzip them on linux (if unzip behaves in a funny way,
use zip with a decompression argument)

I'm writing this from memory (don't have time to test it) so you might
need to experiment a little, I haven't used Windows for a long time...
