Okay let's clear up a little bit of confusion here. /usr/sbin/in.tftpd is
bad, /usr/sbin/in.ftpd is good.
there should be a line in /etc/inetd.conf that reads
ftp stream tcp nowait mfwic /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/in.ftpd
NOTE: No # at the begining. also please post exactly what your's reads. also
make sure that the programs listed at the end actualy exist (in this case
/usr/sbin/tcpd, and /usr/sbin/in.ftpd, TCP Wrappers and The Ftp Damon,
respectivly)
