Unfortunately This is not the case I am sure that I said Yes to PPP as a
matter of fact I already went in to menuconfig and may sure it was there and
recompiled
Doing a quick search on google I found a lot of references to placing a line
in the conf.modules to alias it to ppp.o I am upgrading from redhat
6.1's-2.2.12 to the kernel.org's linux-2.2.13I have done this once before on
a mandrake-based system and do not remember having to do this I am going to
check out the /usr/src/Documentation on linuxhq.com sine I am at work and
not in front of the system. I'll See if I can Find anything on PPP or on
that particular thing. Checking back through my logs I was not having this
error before upgrading to 2.2.13
I can Still Connect to the internet however. I am going to download the PPP
update from redhat's site tonight and I'll see if that help it at all.
