Hello All,
A couple of days ago I asked you to redirect the errormessages Xserver
gave me.
My Xserver doesn't start anymore. And as far as I know, I haven't
changed a bit. Well, most probably I have, otherwise it would still
function ;-)
Hold on, here the messages come...

Why is all of a sudden my font missing? Or why can't it be opened? Even
better: How do I solve this and prevent it from happening again?
BTW: it is RedHat 6.0, running on a PII/333. It worked without any
problems, but after a reboot... my screen starts flickering, probably
Xwindows initializing, dying, re-initializing, dying, etc etc. I've
watched this for 5 minutes, still the same. I have to use LILO to get to
init 3 in order to be able to work with my linuxbox. (now I know my way
around with "init" and the several run-levels. Was it good for something
;-)
A re-install will fix it, but according to the guru's here, that's
almost never necessary.
Thanks.
David.
