I am a total newbie to linux so I apologise if my question is too trivial for
this forum but here goes nothing.
I am installing Red Hat 5.2 and it asks me some questions about my monitor
which I am unable to answer. I have a Compaq 140 monitor but have lost the
manual for it. Is there a generic setting for all monitors or anywhere I can
get the answers for my monitor. I have tried the Compaq site but no joy.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.
