Can anyone tell me from first hand experience how well the ATI 3D
Charger with the RAGE II+ chip or the ATI XPERT 98 with the
RAGE Pro Turbo chip work with XFree86 ? They are listed as
supported, but so is the MediaGX video that I have, but the highest
resolution I can get is 640x480. I would like at least 800x600. My
monitor is a NEC XV15 with a HSync range of 31kHz-65kHz and a
VSync range of 55Hz-100Hz. I mention this because all of the
higher resolution mode lines for the MediaGX are discarded
because they are outside the sync range of my monitor.
