I would suggest your remote printer queue is wrong.
the entry -Remote queue: lp (raw doesn't work either)
many printers will a specfic entry for this (and it is case sensitive) but i
dont know what it will be for infotec.
consult the documentation that came with the printer if u have it . if you
have access to the NT server have a look at the LPR port details for the
shared printer. it will look like ipaddr:xxxxx
or try a telnet session to the ip addr you might be able to display some
details about the printer.
