I hope somebody can help with a slight problem. I have configured XF86Config in RH6.1 by means of Xconfigurator. The system is operational and XF86Config has gone through a progressive sequence of manual tuning to increase video performance. My video card is built on to the main board and uses the 440EX chip set from Intel. I currently have in the "graphics device section" of XF86Config the BoardName as "Unknown" and the chip set as "generic". Does anybody know how to set this to the 440 ED chip set or does anybody know where documentation may be obtained on how to set the chip set in the XF86Config file.
