I have the same Linux installation in both machines. RedHat 6.1.
To see if I understand you correctly,
It is the tcpd of the server who does the reverse DNS, right?
Reversed DNS might be wrong at either side?
Since my host here in Malaysia generally has problems to connect over FTP
(which I assumed was a general FTP problem), can I assume that the NetAdmin
here, hasn't got it setup correctly?
Can it be tested? nslookup?
