Hi,
that partition scheme has one possible pitfall: if I remember correctly, Windows 9* 
(or were you referring to another DOS?) expects to be on the first primary partition 
of the first IDE drive with it's system files, or it won't boot. Perhaps this can be 
amended by setting the bootable flag, does anyone know?
Feel free to correct me if you know better.
