Hello, Liz !
As I see it, you have 2 disks, /dev/hda and /dev/hdb
/dev/hda1 and /dev/hda3 are PARTITIONS on the same drive, /dev/hda !
hda3 seems to be your main partition (root, /) and I strongly recommend
you not to delete anything in it since you don't know exactly what. If you
don't have supervisor (root) access rights, probably the system won't let
you damage it ! :-)
hda1 seems to be a partition mounted on the /dos subdirectory. It probably
contains DOS programs and/or old stuff.
For learning exactly what partitions are mounted where, please print out
your /etc/fstab file and read it attentively or send it to me by e-mail.
Best regards,
Razvan
