These indicate decompression failures in both directions of the compressed
link. CCP indicates these failures by sending Reset-Request packets and
discards any received compressed packets until a valid Reset-Ack is
received.
Don't know the exact reason for these failures.. you may have to disable
compression at all (try option noccp in ppp/options).
