I'll try a short list for you:
1) enter on the prompt # vi test (to start your first sample on the file
test)
2) press esc, whenever you like, if it beeps it means: your are verry
good!
3) press esc, and a (for append letters);
4) press esc, and i (for insert letters);
5) press esc, and r (for replace 1 letter) or R (to replace more
letters);
6) press esc, and o (for a new line) or O (for a new line);a
7) press ess, and dd (to delete this line)
8) press esc, and :wq! (for write + quit + and you mean it realy that
way!)
