Obviously, accessing a terminal tty (like tty2) is as simple as hitting
ALT-F2. My system from install, allocates getty programs in inittab for
tty1 through 6, and I allocated "tail -f messages" and "tail -f syslog" to
tty11 and tty12, respectively. However, what keys are used to start at 13
and go up to 256? Where is the reference for such things?
