13-24 are right-alt-F??

You can shift to the next used virtual console using alt-(left or
right)-arrow, and you can go to a specific virtual console using chvt.

By the way, you can configure syslogd to write to tty11 and tty12
directly. Edit /etc/syslog.conf and copy the syslog and/or messages line,
and change the file to /dev/tty11 (or 12, or whatever). See also man
syslog.conf for more configuration options. (I would combine them into one
entry on tty12)
