You possably installed win95 after linux, so win95 has overwritten lilo on
the MBR.

Use your bootdisk(s) to boot linux, Eg;

At the LILO prompt,

mount root=/dev/hdaX ro

Where /dev/hdaX is your linux 'root' partition.
After logging in type /sbin/lilo

Then you should be able to boot linux (at least).
You can see howto boot both systems from lilo in the lilo README located in
/usr/doc/lilo-* and there is also the dual booting stuff in
/usr/doc/*-HOWTOS-*/mini/
