Sounds like you installed Win95 after Linux. You need to reinstall lilo,
after modifying /etc/lilo.conf to give you the option of booting either
Linux or Win95. For the details, read
http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/Linux+DOS+Win95+OS2.html .

And BTW, there is no such thing as "linux 5.2". Several Linux
*distributions* have a version 5.2 (e.g., Red Hat, SuSE, I think Mandrake),
but Linux itself is only distinguished by kernel version number, with the
current stable kernel being 2.2.14 and the current experimental 2.3.something.
