I was wondering if someone could tell me, what does it mean when someone
writes an IP address as something like "192.168.1.0/24" ? What does the
"/24" mean? I kind of got the impression that it implies that they own
IP's 1 through 24, but maybe not. Could it be some sort of netmask?
