I don't know an HP 820Cse ... but if it is the same as the 820C, it's a ppa
printer, which uses a proprietary printing technology. There is a filter,
pbm2ppa, that you need to use for printing. See URL

for details. (I haven't done this myself, BTW, so aside from pointing you in
the right direction, I can't really help with troubleshooting specifics).
