It means that itcnet.ro has an MX (Mail Exchanger) record and
that it points to an alias (CNAME) record of mail.itcnet.ro rather
than an A record. That's not allowed.
Somewhere in the DNS zone file for itcnet.ro you will find
something list this:
itcnet.ro. IN MX 10 mail.itcnet.ro
[...]
mail IN CNAME sun
[...]
sun IN A [someaddress]
(Got the CNAME value => sun from doing an nslookup on mail.itcnet.ro)
This is illegal. It forces the mail servers to do two dns
resolution requests. The first would return the resource records for
itcnet.ro which would then include the MX record pointing to a CNAME
record. The second would be to resolve the CNAME to a real address.
You have to point MX records at real host address (A) records.
In this case, the MX record should point to "sun", not "mail".
