Hello,
I am running redhat linux 6.2 and have a fastergear 10/100 ethernet card
(pnp). I have never had a problem before, when I first installed linux it
detected the card fine and everything was great. Took my computer home for
vacation where there is no ethernet, used linux a couple of times, and the
ethernet (or eth0) failed to load at bootup. No biggie, as I was not
connected to a network. Now it still doesn't load anymore, even though I am
connected to the LAN and have no problems getting on the network in win 98.
What config things should I be looking at? Is there a program that will
automaticly reconfigure it like it did in the initial install of linux?
Thanks for any help,
Chuck
