Hello! I was wondering if someone could give me a hand with this one.

I have an old P90 that I am trying to install linux on. Everything installs
great, but the install fails to find my ethernet card. It's a 3com
Etherlink III ISA card. I can go into Expert mode and the install finds the
card just fine. After it finds it the intall tries to go into its GUI
install. This isn't good, because my video card isn't supported by X.

So here's my question:

Is there any way to use the expert mode to find my ethernet card AND stay in
the text mode install?

thanks,
Scott.
