How can I allow users to access their personal webpages under http://locahost/~user/?
The userdir directive already seems to be set to the public_html directory but
whenever I try to access the files placed in my /home/user/public_html folder the
apache server returns an 403 denied error stating that I don't have permission to
access /~user/ on this server.
I'm guessing that this is a permissions related problem. What permissions must be set
on this public_html directory?
