I've been using linux for quite awhile now with no problems until today
when I decided to do a full install of a newer disto of RH. I was able
to install 6.1 successfully, but at no time did it ask to make a boot
disk. I found no way of booting into my linux partition. I then tried
re-installing using the "expert" mode, but it just put me right back
into the gui installation mode.

I then did custom, and selected the boot disk option. It does the full
install, then just freezes at the end when the box "Performing Post
Install Configuration" comes up.

I've tried re-installing numerous times and it freezes at the same spot
unless I let it do the default install. But with the full default
install, it just installs the whole thing and reboots without any info
on a boot disk, or Lilo.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
