That stages.worm attack.

Can someone please tell us what this attack was supposed to do ?
How would it show up on a Windows and Outlook Express set-up ?

I am using an e-mail client that doesn't have any fancy gimmicks
(TURNPIKE).  It doesn't run uninvited macros or Java code.
