no dialtone - FIXED

Well, I managed to fix the "no dialtone" problem.
I included some strings I found in the windozzz log.
It was trial and error, but it worked.
The dial string is now: ATS7=255X3DT
It is working, but I don't know exactly why.
Any idea?
