I know about hylafax, efax and mgetty/sendfax. At least hylafax has a
windows client (separate, and I believe it is shareware). I don't know
about the others.

efax and mgetty-sendfax seem to be single machine systems, while hylafax
is fully client-server. It comes without any graphical client, although
several are available.
