Port 113 is authentication, it is not really recomened to close it, you
could cause all sorts of problems for "telnet" "ftp" "http" "sendmail" +
more, because there will be no mapping of hostnames to ip addresses.

If you want to close it comment out the line below, or i should say
something like the line below. 

auth    stream  tcp     wait    nobody  /usr/sbin/in.identd     in.identd -w -t120 -l

Send a kill -HUP to the inetd process to make the changes take effect.
