Or if you still want to retain the service it offers for your internal
network you can use ipchains like this
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s 0/0 -d externalinterface 113 -j DENY
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p udp -s 0/0 -d externalinterface 113 -j DENY
