I have a 6 disk Raid 5 on 6x250G drives, that I would to reconfigure onto 6x1TB drives. I took out one of the drives and replace it with a 1TB drive, which it immediately started to rebuild on.
I can stop it from rebuilding, but then I can't use that individual disk as it's apparently part of the array.
