as you are using a XEN-kernel, can you please provide output from #dmesg | grep 'mega' #dmesg | grep 'bnx2' or #dmesg | grep 'Broadcom' and #dmidecode #cat /proc/interrupts I like to check the driver version of megaraid_sas, bnx2 and some settings.
