Hi All, The yum repo bootstrap script looks for the presence of certain rpms to determine if you are on suse: sles-release, sled-release, or suse-release. It uses the version of that rpm to get you the right repo, sles 10 or sles 11.
I don't know if or what OMSA might check to see if you are using suse, and what version. SLES 11 was not supported in OMSA 5.5, you'll need 6.1. I assume OpenSuse 11.1 would be the same. -Jeff > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tino Schwarze > Sent: Thursday, November 05, 2009 3:44 PM > To: linux-poweredge-Lists > Subject: Re: OpenManage and OpenSuse 11 > > On Thu, Nov 05, 2009 at 01:35:28PM -0800, Linda A.
