(Unsure if we should be hijacking the announce post with our bugs vs. creating new threads, but I figure having it here means more likely people reading the announcement know everything they need to worry about ;-) ) Another 6.2 bug and fix request. While some discontinued packages from 6.1 (srvadmin-omhip, srvadmin-wsmanclient, srvadmin-syscheck) were marked replaced (by srvadmin-omacore, srvadmin-omcommon, and srvadmin-omilcore.noarch, respectively), one package does not seem to be being replaced properly: srvadmin-omauth (now showing up red with the pretty yum colors). In particular this is causing a failed upgrade on "yum update yum-dellsysid srvadmin-base srvadmin-standardAgent srvadmin-storageservices srvadmin-webserver srvadmin-omilcore" or by running "yum install srvadmin-all" (a meta-package I didn't have before). This is CentOS 5.4 (64bit). Transaction Check Error: file /etc/pam.d/omauth from install of srvadmin-iws-6.2.0-1.18.el5.i386 conflicts with file from package srvadmin-omauth-6.1.0-648.rhel5.i386 Eric _______________________________________________ Linux-PowerEdge mailing list [email protected] https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-poweredge Please read the FAQ at http://lists.us.dell.com/faq
