Hello, I just installed a couple of DRACs last night into two of our PE1750 servers. The DRACs work just fine and allow me to remote in, etc, but I am unable to find the area where I can manage/add users. According to http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/smdrac3/drac4/170/en/ug/racugc4.htm#wp41876 I just need to click on Configuration and then Users from the web UI. All I have in this section is "Poll Rates."
Can somebody please point me in the right direction as to how to add users to this DRAC? In the upper right hand corner it also says ERA/O if that helps.
