What version of the network driver are you running? ethtool -i eth0
I'd strongly suggest considering the networking updates available for the R410 at support.dell.com. Several updates were released in mid-December. I have seen driver updates resolve issues similar to yours, though on different server and OS. Use appropriate judgment, since CentOS is not an OS officially supported by Dell.
